    Kim graduated from James Madison University, with a BS in Health Sciences, a minor in Special Education; and Masters in Occupational Therapy. Founder and co-owner of Sensational Kidz, Kim’s passions for working with people with physical disabilities started when she was a young girl and would volunteer with her mom at the Northern Virginia Training Center, a facility that would house and provide services for people with intellectual and physical disabilities.     Carisa

    Carisa graduated from Midwestern University in Phoenix, AZ with a dual Masters in Occupational Therapy and Bio-Ethics. She became interested in Occupational Therapy through volunteer work while attending Indiana University. After college she went on to obtain her Massage Therapy License while simultaneously caring for a 7 year old with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which budded her interest to focus on children with Autism.     Shelly received her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College Columbia University in 2019. She has primarily worked in the pediatric private practice setting, but also enjoys working with adults. She joined the SenKidz team in September 2020 and is thrilled to be collaborating with OTs to support her clients' development. On weekends, Shelly can be found cooking, walking around Golden Gate Park, or daydreaming about pizza.
